by Lark Beltran
Roads lie under roads,
etheric contours throbbing.
Does confluence of then with now
leave sticky timeprints
on the passing aura?
Bring melancholy pause,
a blight on blank neutrality -
those ripples from, perhaps,
an agonized goodbye
on harsher ground
ten thousand or a million
sunrises ago?
